		<description><![CDATA[I really like this as an essential mantra for life.

I think it also stands to reason that when possible, without running ourselves into the ground, we should keep an eye on those around us who may need to hear this message more than once.

In serving others and helping them &quot;keep up&quot;, it builds on our own energy needed to &quot;keep up&quot;.

Plus, investing in people never goes astray! :-)
